We are a Scandinavian performing group with several age and ability levels. Our little Leikarringen are ages 4-8 years. Our middle group starts at age 9 and goes up through teens and young adults. We travel around the Pacific NW and do 8-10 performances a year. Dancers do need to wear a traditional-style costume or bunad. Most of our dancers don't have Scandinavian heritage, but those that do often choose a costume from their homeland. We have practices most every week from September through June. A small annual donation is appreciated to cover basic costs. Registration is open year-round. Instructors are all volunteers. You are welcome to stop by and check out a practice. We appreciate your calling first to ensure we have a practice scheduled.
