Soul Motion is an inquiry into movement as meditation and medicine.
This ecstatic dance form supports our exploration of the dance that "feels good" rather than the dance that "looks good". Through a blend of music and silence, movement and stillness, we quiet the mind and awaken the body. Paula's inspiring facilitation offers the opportunity to deepen and expand the possibilities of creative expression.
