For those of you missing the regular Tuesday night sessions at It's A Beautiful Pizza, Kafana Klub is pleased to host monthly Balkan dance parties at the Alberta Street Public House.

Kafana Klub features many different musical traditions from the Balkans and surrounding
areas with sublime vocals and spiraling, odd-metered instrumentals. Traditional Bulgarian
bitov village sounds morph into Macedonian shepherds' songs, followed by frenzied
Romanian violin & accordion breakdowns. The band's friendly dance fans will be very happy
to teach newcomers the dance steps, or just come and listen to this musical treat.
Alberta St Pub features a wooden dance floor, full bar, and vegetarian and omnivorous
menu items.
